The ART+TECH festival under the theme "The New Human." wrapped up @codame continues to shape the future and this project is a sign that global cultural shifts are officially landing right here with us. For me, an event like this isn’t so much about the technology or the code; it’s about the interface. An interface through which society is trying to feel out and understand its new, hybrid contours. We grow and reassemble from fragments: old cultural codes, memories, personal scars, and algorithmic systems. A powerful question was raised during the event: “When cognition is shared between humans and machines, where does thinking end — and where does authorship begin?” But the most fascinating part was happening in live discussions. To be honest, I was so deeply absorbed in conversations with the artists and debating the future that I almost forgot I even had a camera with me. Still, I managed to catch a few shots: one of the artists, and just a beautiful girl Natasha Gubernov standing with her work. At its core, “The New Human” is currently an empty form, a latent space that everyone is trying to fill with their own lens right now. • Engineers see it as an extension of cognitive functions. • Biologists see a programmable evolution of the body. • Philosophers see a crisis of agency. Everyone views it entirely differently, through the prism of their own navigation in the world. There is no single answer, and the language to describe it is still being born. How do you see this “new human” ten years from now? Where, for you, is that invisible line between technological acceleration and what remains deeply human?
