Patch v0.3.0 is now out, for an improved OTA update experience. It includes:
- CLI install wizard, for simple setup of either the local evaluation stack or real server install.
- Cleaned metrics, to not muddy the data with flaky failures that worked on the next attempted
- Failure reasons, so you can see why those permanent install failures happened
- A server status page, to quickly report on the server status without needing any SSH

Self-hosting CodePush or other OTA services is like running an overloaded call center.
You can hire more staff, add a fancy answer machine and other complexity in order to scale it...but it's still not an ideal model.
