i used to build things all the time but i had no community no builders around me no audience and honestly, no one to even use the things i was building then, around the start of this year, i started posting on X(twitter) it’s still not huge, but something changed now whenever i build something, there are people who are genuinely excited to try it people who test it recommend it to others share it with their friends and sometimes even give me feedback that makes the product better that feeling is crazy knowing that something you built is actually being used by real people makes you want to build more and build bigger if you’re thinking “should i start posting on twitter?” or “should i build a community?” just do it you genuinely have no idea what opportunities are waiting on the other side

prepare these before your next big client meeting just finished one of the most stressful meetings of my life i was sitting across the table from two of the biggest NGO heads in the country and the head of a hospital, showcasing the hospital management software i talked about previously the entire experience was good but nerveracking as well so here's what i prepare: 1. think like the client write down the questions you'd ask if you were sitting on the other side 2. prepare for objections think about what they might question, dislike or reject 3. prepare for what's missing know how you'll respond when they ask for something your product doesn't have yet 4. know your decisions be ready to explain why you built something the way you did 5. stay calm under pressure listen, take a second and then answer instead of rushing i spent an entire week preparing for this meeting, and it definitely helped the meeting went pretty well now waiting for their reply to finalize the development hoping for the best 🤞
