Students upload their notes, assignments, projects or transcripts and SkillSync identifies the skills they’ve demonstrated and matches them to real-world career requirements. From there, they can see: 1. Which skills they already have 2. How they match a target career 3. Where the gaps are 4. What they need to learn next For many learners across Kenya, the challenge is knowing how what they’ve learned translates into the skills employers are looking for.
