Fellow Ugandans and friends of Uganda! Two months ago, Museveni yet again usurped the will of the people of Uganda and declared himself president on gunpoint. A day later, gripped by shame and fear, the military invaded my home to harm me, but I was able to evade them and go into hiding. Over the past two months, the regime has looked for me everywhere. They have raided the homes of many colleagues and fellow leaders, mounted roadblocks and spot checks of vehicles and motorcycles, arrested and dismissed the police officers assigned to my campaign, raided our home in the village, and kept my home under siege. Well, they couldn't find me because the people of Uganda sheltered me and protected me. Today, I am announcing my brief exit from the country to handle important work. Over the next few weeks, I will engage with our friends and allies all over the world before returning to Uganda to continue the push for freedom and democracy! For now, let's remain focused and united. #FreeUgandaNow

No matter how much you hide the truths, time will come for it to be revealed. It's time for the world to know and make you accountable for your ill intentions towards humanity 💪

Uganda has shifted from a reliable security partner to an exporter of brutality. This evidence should kickstart a reassessment of our bilateral relationship. The Admin has implemented serious repercussions for those committing atrocities in South Sudan and this is no different. apnews.com/article/south-sud…

So long as Museveni is still imposing himself on Ugandans, fighting corruption in Uganda will remain a nightmare. I wonder where the serial thieves of @NRMOnline and their ringleader get the courage to write and speak bad about corruption 🤔
Today in Masaka, I am meeting NRM leaders to discuss issues I have observed. Some leaders waste time speaking in Parliament instead of addressing the real problems of the wananchi. Leaders must expose corruption in their areas and demand solutions. They should not fear to speak about the achievements of the NRM government and to reject sectarianism based on religion and tribe. I thank my Muzukulu, Hon. Justin Nameere, for organising this meeting and commend her courage in insisting on a recount during the Masaka Woman MP race, which she won.

Museveni is a criminal liar. The world must know. Uganda deserves a genuine leader not a dictator who misuses power in the name of keeping peace and stability ✍️

I need someone to remind me. Is this the man who ordered for the removal of term and age limits from the constitution? If the answer is yes, then, he is a hypocritical selfish dictator. UGANDA DESERVES A LEADER NOT A RULER ✍️
I enjoyed my time with the young people in January at the Jazz with Jajja session. I promised them another session, and I look forward to spending time with them on 1st March 2026. It will be broadcast live on social media, TV, and radio stations.

The power greedy old savage has now resorted to taking pictures with dignitaries from different parts of the country to paint a false image to the rest of the world 😂. The devil Will forever be a liar no matter how much it tries hard to cover itself 😂
I congratulate the elders of Lango across the ten districts for choosing peace, unity and development, and for rejecting identity divisions in favour of shared prosperity. I commend our security forces for safeguarding wananchi and ensuring stability. The NRM stands for Patriotism, Pan Africanism, Socio Economic Transformation and Democracy. With security and proper implementation of programmes like PDM, Lango and Uganda will accelerate wealth creation for all.

Stop imposing yourself on Ugandans. We have tested enough of your egocentric system. Uganda has lost a lot in the course of you forcing citizens to see the value in you and most painful is the lives of many innocent citizens who criticize your criminal regime. Enough is Enough ✍️
Ali Saleh Al-Swayeh, Chairman of the Saudi-Uganda Business Council and Chairman of Injaz Global Group, together with his delegation from Saudi Arabia, are welcome to Uganda. Their interest in investing is timely, particularly in value addition and processing of dairy and coffee, where we have abundant raw materials. Plans in the medical field and food production for human and animal consumption, including exports to Saudi Arabia, are also commendable. Government will allocate them an industrial park to support these investments.

Your intentional misuse of power and promotion of corruption can only yield fruits for your family and friends but not Uganda's economy

I'm still wondering how death could rob these two of their lives. In the first place I thought UPDF officials are immortal just like their Chief commander. Secondly I thought death feared people with guns, money and power. MAY THEIR SOULS REST IN HELL 😥

The death of some people in Uganda is a blessing to our Motherland ✍️
Tragedy has struck the UPDF family again, and with deep sorrow, we confirm the sudden passing of the UPDF Armored Division Commander (Masaka) Major General Deus Sande early this morning in Mpigi at around 0345 hours. He was on his way to Kampala to attend the funeral service of comrade Major General Francis Takirwa (RIP) at All Saints Cathedral in Nakasero. Major General Takirwa died on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Major General Deus Sande developed breathing complications along the way and efforts to resuscitate him at a hospital facility in Mpigi failed. The exact cause of death will be ascertained later. We extend our condolences to his family, relatives, and friends. MHSRIP.
