a great customer call doesn't go viral neither does fixing a product problem, getting aligned with your team, or changing your mind about strategy twitter is the opposite. you post something and within minutes you know whether people care 18 months ago i had less than 1k followers and mostly lurked. then i decided to figure it out and got 15m impressions it's been hugely valuable. many of our customers first found us through twitter last week @benhylak mentioned he'd deleted the app from his phone and found it helpful so i tried it too i realized i'd gotten very used to having an instant scoreboard most of the gratification in business is slow a customer expands. the product gets better. the team gets more aligned business doesn't move at twitter speed

I worked with so many incredible doctors burdened by the work created from our care. I believed that every clinician would partner with AI, to handle that workload so they could get to the next patient. Where Heidi is today is way beyond what I could have imagined then. Our team has grown to almost 600 people. We’ve supported over 175 million patient visits in some of the world’s leading and most highly regulated healthcare systems. That only comes from an incredibly talented and hard working team driven by the mission to double the world’s healthcare capacity. In this next chapter Heidi is becoming the AI Care Partner I imagined. Handling all the work that a visit creates for every clinician and extending what we can accomplish in a day.
