मोदी सरकार अब अपनी बर्बादी की कहानी खुद लिख रही है।
देश में रोज़ाना दर्जनों इंस्टाग्राम अकाउंट्स बैन किए जा रहे हैं। अब 4PM नेशनल के इंस्टाग्राम अकाउंट को भी भारत में बैन कर दिया गया है। यह सरासर तानाशाही है।
न कोई नोटिस, न कोई वजह बताई गई। हालांकि, 4PM पर सरकार का यह पहला हमला नहीं है।
4PM सच दिखाता है और यही सरकार को पसंद नहीं है। हमारे ऊपर बार-बार हमले किए गए हैं। हमारे यूट्यूब चैनल को भी पहले दो बार बैन किया गया था। मामला हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक ले जाने के बाद ही बैन हटाया गया था।
लेकिन सरकार आखिर कब तक यह खेल खेलती रहेगी? मीडिया और जनता की आवाज़ दबाने के लिए जितने ज़्यादा अकाउंट्स बैन किए जाएंगे, सरकार के प्रति लोगों का गुस्सा उतना ही बढ़ेगा।
सरकार और उसके सलाहकारों को हमारी सलाह है कि यह खेल बंद कर दीजिए। लोकतंत्र में सवालों का जवाब बैन और पाबंदियों से नहीं, बल्कि तथ्यों और तर्कों से दिया जाता है।

Instagram removes the reel posted on LiveLaw's official page about the ECI's affidavit in the #SupremeCourt.
The reel, which was only an explanation of the ECI's version, was removed by Instagram saying, "We received a legal request to restrict this content".
There is no explanation how the reel (instagram.com/reel/De_dnDnOW…) violated any law.

She was taking treatment in a very renowned hospital. We will not take the name of the hospital. 而且他还爆料，苹果为了保证快速供货，把质检标准主动降低。这样一来，屏幕有问题的机器，流到消费者手上的概率就明显变高。
维修权威机构 iFixit，拆解分析指出，最近几日部分消费者反馈的，苹果折叠屏 iPhone Duo，开箱后不久内屏碎裂现象。
怀疑可能是机械结构设计问题，折叠中间铰链里的零件，支撑杆或导轨，在消费者合上时，没及时让开，加上灰尘卡住，把软屏顶裂，所以再展开后，就看到内屏裂了。

EXCLUSIVE: India’s biggest news publishers including Ambani's Network18, Adani's NDTV, Indian Express, Times Internet & others mount the most high-profile challenge yet to Modi’s privacy law, warning it would “render investigative journalism a benign and neutered recorder of events.”
DNPA (@publishers_news) has taken the law to the Supreme Court. They argue it would trample investigative work and let New Delhi identify journalists’ sources.
The provisions “constitute pre-censorship which is anathema to any democracy worth its name,” the group’s 698-page filing says.
The key concerns:
🔹 Consent: requiring a journalist to notify the subject of an investigation and seek consent “would allow that subject to destroy evidence, intimidate witnesses”
🔹 Erasure: people can withdraw consent and demand their data be erased, which the group says could force publishers to unpublish or heavily redact news reports
🔹 Sources: a “nakedly unguided” power to demand information that “can extend to privileged communications in possession of a reporter or the informant”
In a letter to the government, the group said India “has chosen to grant broad exemptions to the state, while failing to extend any corresponding protection to the press.”

61,059 applications to delete voters. Filed by election officials themselves. Not ONE gives a reason. 💀
→ Form 7 is the form used to object to a voter's name and get it deleted.
→ In Karnataka, at least 61,059 Form 7s were filed in the name of election officials. One-third of all such forms.
→ Not a single one mentions a reason. The law says an objection without a reason is liable to be rejected.
→ The officers named on these forms say the system "auto-generated" them with their digital signatures.
→ So the same machinery raised the objection, and the same machinery decided who stays.
→ Between Aug 24 and Sep 23, only 192 such forms were filed by officials.
→ Then, AFTER the objection period ended, more than 60,800 came in.
→ On the very last day, Oct 22, officials filed 10,105 forms.
→ Spot checks found names were already deleted, even for forms filed after the deadline.
→ It is unclear whether hearing notices, which are mandatory before deletion, were even issued.
Now connect the dots.
Officials say they didn't fill these forms. The "system" did, with their signatures.
Whose system is it? Election Commission's.
Who runs the Election Commission? Gyanesh Kumar.
So a software is allegedly deleting voters, in the name of officers, without a reason, after the deadline.
And nobody, not the voter, not the public, can check why.
Bro, imagine.
Someone forges your signature on a cheque.
The bank says, "Don't worry, the system did it automatically."
And the money is already gone before you even find out.
That's what is happening to people's VOTE.
That's not SIR.
That's silent deletion.
