As political as the books are, people need to accept the films are made by capitalist zionists

It is so weird and hypocritical for the Hunger Games franchise to do this. They could've post-poned, or even cancelled the event.

Not only did the Hunger Games franchise have a rich, fancy promotion next to literal children being tear-gassed. No one even spoke about it at the event. The stars of a dystopian franchise refuse to even speak about politics. It's time them for to use their platforms to speak up

I'd like to share about the high-school protests in France, as I've been personally witness to the horrible, anti democratic repression the movement is facing. But I can't find the words. Just know our government is purposefuly mutilating kids who are just asking for basic rights

also, i’m not at all hating on the actors, actresses, and crew that worked on this. like i’ve said before i’m angry at the franchise & Suzanne for letting this go so far. She most likely wrote SOTR specifically to make a movie adaptation. I still love the book, i rly do, but +

For all English speaking Hunger Games fans please note how ironic this is as there currently are protests in France and many of them include police brutality on our students. All of this is very dystopic.
