🚨 BOOM: LA mayor candidate SPENCER PRATT just exposed the NGO homeless industrial complex and Bill Maher couldn't believe it
"Ready for the best part? 60% of the people in Los Angeles that are 'experiencing homelessness' are NOT from California! They've been brought here by NGOs that profit off of this homeless industrial complex."
MAHER: "Wait, wait, they've been brought here?"
PRATT: "They've been brought here.
MAHER: "Who did that?"
PRATT: "Body brokers bring these people here from all across the country. If you're an addict you can come to LA and get these rehabs and because you can use Medicaid, Social Security."
RIP APART THE FRAUD!
