My latest work ‘En Marcha’ invites the viewer to create their own landscape with objects collected by Diego Rivera at @anahuacalli.
4 editions of the digits kinetic work are available to collect.
20 prints customized by me, signed 1/1s 12” x 18” are also available to collect.
Coldie made En Marcha to bring viewers closer to the artifacts Diego Rivera collected. At Museo Anahuacalli, the museum Rivera built, those objects become a kinetic landscape viewers can touch.
The display of En Marcha at Museo Anahuacalli marks Coldie’s first institutionally exhibited kinetic artwork. During his residency, he photographed artifacts from the museum and Rivera’s private vault, then reworked them through his collage practice.
One of the five editions will be donated to Museo Anahuacalli, leaving four available for purchase through Digital Encounters.
Twenty signed and editioned artist-curated prints from the project will also be available for $350 each, offering a more accessible way to participate.
