As tragic as this is, do we need this information to recognize another person's humanity? There are adults with neuropathy. Are they less human because they don't feel pain? I hope it stirs some people towards empathy or even sympathy. But it breaks my heart that we have to make this point.

Have we made sharing our faith seem so specialized that ordinary Christians no longer recognize their own opportunities?

Christians can pursue their work with excellence and speak honestly about Jesus in the places where that work takes them.

Do you think women or men struggle more with emotional dependency?

You are called to love your brothers in Christ. You won’t always like them or agree with them, but you are called to love them regardless. You are actually forbidden by Christ to demonise them even for rhetoric. Be very careful with your speech, especially online — Matt 5:22

This song has been stuck in my head all week. It’s called Faithful To Me by Jennifer Knapp. She was a Christian singer in the 90’s who made wonderful worship songs. Sadly she’s now a lesbian who thinks she can be that and a Christian which isn’t right. You cannot serve God and sin. She also encourages others to do the same and tells them it’s not something that’s biblically wrong, which is a lie. Please pray for her to repent as you hear my singing this song! Hope you like my version of it! Even after we’ve sinned and made idols of so many things in our lives, the Lord is the only one who will always forgive us when we have a truly contrite heart! May we all repent of our sins, leave them in our past and run to Jesus just as we pray for her to do! He is truly the only one who is faithful to us!

Truly truly. I say to you, he who does not enter by the door into the fold of the sheep but climbs up some other way, he is a thief and a robber. Some prayers are answered by God changing the situation. Others are answered by God changing you until the situation no longer owns you.
