Thailand Just Voted to Put Its Securities Market On-Chain
Parliament passed the first reading of an amended Securities & Exchange Act 455-0 on June 10, 2026.
The bill allows stocks, bonds, and investment units be issued and held as electronic securities under full SEC oversight, with debt instruments first in line.
