Tab Perry was a beast that year!
“While he didn't secure the league-wide crown, his 1,562 yards shattered the Cincinnati Bengals franchise single-season record and still stands as one of the highest single-season rookie return marks in NFL history.”
Jay, during the broadcast they made mention that the bucs brought their own canopies and A/C units to cool their players. Why wouldn’t the Bengals offer the same to their players? Seems like common sense and negates the advantage of the visiting team.
Questions: why do they keep insisting on drafting players and getting free agents to play positions they never played before. When will they maximize the salary cap (cash over cap) to be more competitive? What have they identified that they have been lacking to win consistently?
They don’t seem to care about the cap hit. It’s the cash hit they run their business by. Start asking the FO some tough questions. No one seems to hold them accountable to their actions.
He should consider restructuring his contract to allow the bengals to keep jamarr and tee and sign a premier defensive player (maxx Crosby comes to mind). He needs to show leadership on the business side of things as well.
It’s hard to watch these games against the chiefs. It’s pro Taylor Swift “Ohh Myyu Goddd WWWHHOOOOO” to her assistant in the suite box after every good play by the Chiefs. No sight of her ass when the bengals were cookin. It’s a PR stunt by the NFL
