Remember gaming in the 80s & 90s? ❤️🎮
We went from trying to save the princess in Super Mario Bros. 3 to losing an entire weekend to Final Fantasy VII.
No day-one patches.
No 100GB downloads.
No YouTube walkthroughs.
No internet telling us where every secret was.
If we got stuck, we either figured it out ourselves, asked a friend, or accepted that we were apparently NEVER getting past that damn level. 😂
We had cartridges, CD's, memory cards, cheat codes written in notebooks, and magazines we treated like sacred texts.
Games weren't just something we played.
They were memories. ❤️
