This is a weird one: the contents of notes are indexed on Mac, but not the other devices. So they won’t show up on iPhone/iPad. This is a limitation of the OS.

Yes, this is the white widget from the Smart Stack, but unfortunately watchOS doesn’t tell Things when it’s over a dark background so that we can invert the text color, so as a workaround we’ve now made both the watch face and Smart Stack widgets black with white text.
