In DeFi, managing risk starts before liquidation, that’s why I mostly lay emphasis on understanding the basic fundamentals to how to enter a position especially when using leverage. Don’t borrow to the edge of your liquidation threshold. Leave room for volatility. What I like about @CurrentSUI’s approach is that the protocol also accounts for what happens after things go wrong: → Partial liquidations, capped at 20% → Calibrated incentives → Professional liquidators → 10× stress-tested infrastructure → ADL as a last resort Users should manage their leverage. Protocols should be prepared for the downside. That’s how liquidation becomes a risk-control mechanism, rather than another source of instability.
