I think it’s a shame for us to use the pulpit to start to reply those who do not even know our God or who do not have a grasp of spiritual things I saw a video Solomon Buchi made about this and I agree completely with him I have seen many videos of pastors and preachers responding to VDM as he continues to troll and insult men of God and Apostles and I think that the pulpit is too sacred to be used to respond to social media content creators Especially one that is very openly anti-Christ One was even calling him an idiot and I think that’s a very unchristian thing to say I see many believers insulting and cursing VDM and praying for him to die and I find this really appalling If you know Jesus, you would know that he’d rather give him many more years so that hopefully he can repent and see the error of his ways If you’re a light bearer and a follower of Jesus, your life and your speakings are going to automatically offensive to darkness They insulted Jesus They cursed Him They spat on the purest and holiest of men And Jesus himself told us they would do the exact same thing to us so why are we surprised and infuriated? Standing on the pulpit to be doing back and forth with VDM is giving him relevance and taking away from the time we should use to build souls and prepare for heaven It can be annoying but we need to receive grace to rise above. The gates of hell can never prevail against the church of Christ. Blessings.

Not too long after I landed in Canada the first time, we went to the store to get plantain I got some and put it in the cupboard in my kitchen waiting for it to ripen A few days passed and it was not even trying to ripe. I was wondering what was up A week passed and still nothing. After a veryyyyyyy long time, it seemed to have ripened a little and then I tried to fry some of them It tasted so chalky and starchy and did not have that sweet plantain taste that I was used to As the regular Nigerian woman that I am, I started bashing foreign food I was just complaining to my husband how that everything in this country was not like back home at all Tell me why I few weeks later I was scrolling on Facebook and saw a fellow Nigerian Canadian explaining how that there are different species of plantain and they don’t all cook the same way That there was a little stickers on each plantain showing you the best way to cook it So some had “fry me” Some had “bake me” Some had “grill me” I was surprised I went to the store and checked and it was true. So the plantain I had bought earlier was not the one to fry. That’s why it was very starchy Once I started buying the “fry me” type, it was super delicious So Canada was not the problem It was me who was not informed and who was not following instructions Dear Child of God God and His word is true If the Bible says something you better believe it The reason why sometimes we don’t see the results we want in our lives and in our spiritual walk has nothing to do with the side of God Many times, we are not applying the Bible rightly Or our faith is little Or we don’t have the revelation required to walk in that realm It’s never God If it’s not working, check well. You’re not doing something right May God help us all. Please read with understanding and meditate. Blessings!

Random unsolicited advice Invest in a good bra my ladies. A lot of times, it’s not the outfit or your tailor’s fault. It’s your bra If you know you know If you’re trying to make friends or get someone to like you, Find something about them to compliment any time you see them. This will make people like you instantly Everybody nobody how tough they look, like it when people compliment them. And trust me, the don’t forget Never ever ever ignore that lack of peace you feel about someone Never. Even if you can’t out a finger on it but your spirit recoils or shrinks back from a person, don’t ignore. Tread carefully around that person People are very self centred. If you want to win someone’s heart or get them to show you a favour or partner with you, don’t just talk about your own thing Start by discussing the person’s own project first. Support them, like their stuff, share and comment. You’re priming their heart for when you’ll bring up your own stuff Genuine mistakes deserve grace but clear repeated pattern, needs space Read this last point again and again till it sinks into your head. In Canada, there’s something called tomato and pepper season It’s a time before winter when tomatoes and shepherd pepper become very cheap. ( my fellow Canadians know the struggle) And so people buy in bulk to store Last year, I could not get any tangible amount And it was simply because I did not have a deep freezer to store it. So I got very little This year I was able to get a deep freezer and buy more and then I had a different problem Too much tomatoes 😂😂😂 I was just looking at my full freezer and I still had more tomatoes in boxes and I was just telling myself “it seems there’s always some sort of problem in this life” But I was telling God that I like this “problem of excess” May our accounts start to hang because of the amount entering it Where we don’t have about space on the shelf to keep awards May we open our freezers and be looking for space to keep food May we enter into our season of overflow Where God blesses us so much it has to spill to others because we have enough and to spare.
