Out of 20 Latin America countries, Dominicans are the 8th with the most European ancestry on average, which is above average. Only around 10% of Dominicans are over 80% Afro 🧬 (which is the average 🧬of Black Americans). Over 70% have over 50% European 🧬, you cannot blend in.
