It’s always nice and cool to see things from the sidelines, but only founders will understand how much action there is behind the scenes. Every day is a new adventure.
And despite others telling me: “Ozzy, you need to slow down a bit” - I never did. Never slowed down, because I thought slowing down would somehow make the markets vanish. And that’s a wrong mindset to have, but in my mind it is and was like that.
2 months in, and I’m really starting to feel the weights pushing on me. From a health perspective I don’t think I’ve ever been this low.
I love my j*b and I love doing what I do. But I need to prepare for the bullrun here and that means I need to be in shape.
So if there are any health experts here with some good advice, please feel free to lmk what you think.
Sleep: 5-7hrs for the most part
exercise: Absence for 2 months
Sup stack: L-Theanine, Magnesium Biglycinate, KSM-66, grape seed extract, probiotics (This is my anti stress stack)
Usually I am all in on creatine, L-Carnitine, Magnesium complex, L-Theanine, Berberine+Chromium, Turmeric and Maca roots (Gym stack)
Right now pretty much dealing with overeating, light hair loss, stress, had PACs/PVCs (probs physical causes bc of sleeping on side etc) and panic attacks
Any advice? Really wanna make sure I’m doing good on and offchain.
