No, Noah did not dismantle the Ark after it landed in the mountains of Ararat.
The Bible makes no mention of Noah disassembling the ark. In fact, it states that he was living in a tent near his vineyard. All of the ancient homes in this region are made from stone.
In addition, Noah’s sons all moved away to restart civilization. Noah and his wife would not need that much lumber for housing and supplies.
And last, God directed the ark to be coated inside and out with pitch in order to withstand a global catastrophic flood for a year. That ark was not coming apart easily, as pitch was known to become almost stone-like.
It would have been more trouble than it was worth trying to pry it apart.
