agent instructions inside dependencies turn every package update into a prompt supply-chain update. pin versions, verify provenance, and diff skill changes like executable code, because to the agent they are executable code.

Instructions in the package cover using that package right. What usually goes wrong is two packages, each used correctly, that don't agree on one screen. Neither skill file knows the other exists.
