It doesnt matter.
In the same way the aew simps are demanding that the wwe change the date of their show, they could have moved their show, or did pacs tribute on a different day.
Its irrational as fuck to get upset over this when all of it is on demand, and you can watch both

Pretty sure i watched this in a bar in Toronto and laughed like a hyena when he turned.
The follow up (Pac squashing Swann for the belt) was my last night in Toronto.
After a couple of months away, Neville returns and turns heel, attacking Rich Swann and TJ Perkins at Roadblock: End of the Line (2016).

A native of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley began his wrestling career in 2004 and went on to perform for wrestling organizations all over the world, captivating fans with innovative high-flying moves and incredible in-ring ability. Pac signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2019 and held multiple AEW Championships and competed in some of the most memorable matches in AEW history. Our condolences go out to Satterley’s family, friends and fans.
