To those who've been following along on the road, you know I've been sharing some new music at the shows..."The Crown" is one of the most deep, raw, and personal stories I've ever written about...Check it out and let me know what you think! -- davidnail.ffm.to/thecrown.HN…
A tip from me about being an artist... You have to love it! Don't give up on the dream, keep pushing through and know that music is a part of you. This is like any other job. Love what you do!
Thank you to all the fans who capture the moments I am on stage performing the songs that I love. Here are a few pictures you guys have submitted. So cool! Thank you all so much!
If you sit back and really think about what matters most in life, you realize it isn’t about checking boxes off a list. Some things truly matter, and others simply don’t. The key is knowing the difference.
“Flowers” is probably the most accurate reflection of where I am in life today. From the first day I wrote “The Crown” with Anderson to now, I’d say I’m still pretty much the same person.
If I could only perform one song for the rest of my life, it would have to be Riverbank. Every time I play or hear that song, I always feel something different. It means that much to me!
What made me move to Nashville to pursue my music career? Honestly, it was the desperation of thinking, “I have to do this, or I’ll be selling sporting goods with my best friend.”

#2610 @SouthwestAir , is it courteous for a FA to hold up a flight 30 minutes for a chat amongst other FA’s, right in front of the gate where people are lined up waiting to board? What a kick in the face. We OLP customers in line were speechless! Hope he got her number! 🤬
Flying @SouthwestAir from KC to Nash, delayed for a flight attendant, guy at gate making several announcements, 3 flights attendants in front of our gate just chatting, the male at very last second “decides” to come to work, so now we can finally board! Thanks buddy!
If I could go back in time and tell my younger self one thing, it would be this: Don’t stress. Don’t overthink everything. Most of the things you’re worrying about will work themselves out naturally
