Mr Eazi’s IIL investment: What happens next? 🇬🇭
Zagadat Capital GH Ltd acquired 47.51 million shares in Intravenous Infusions PLC (IIL), representing 17.31% of the company.
At its latest AGM, management outlined a recovery plan after a GH¢4.63m loss in 2025. Working-capital support has helped restore production, and the company is targeting improved performance and a return to profitability in 2027.
Dividends could return if its financial position strengthens.
The big question now is whether the recovery translates into sustainable profits. That’s what investors should watch.
Nigerian musician and entrepreneur Mr Eazi has taken a 17.31% stake in Intravenous Infusions Ltd (IIL) through Zagadat Capital GH Ltd, acquiring over 47.5 million shares.
Looks like a long-term play in Ghana’s healthcare/pharmaceutical space, and the market reacted quickly too, with IIL up 12.5% to GH¢0.09.
Interesting to see big names quietly positioning in parts of the market many people don’t really pay attention to.
