One thing working in the UFL taught me was the importance of TRACKING REPS.
Every rep matters. Who’s getting them? How many? What type?
Keeping it organized makes sure your athletes are getting the work they need—not just the work you think they’re getting.
Coaching takeaway: If you don’t track it, you can’t truly evaluate it. Reps should be intentional, development should be measurable, and opportunities should be earned.
Don’t guess. Track it. Develop them.
