The Chandigarh Administration today carried out a demolition drive against unauthorised constructions at the Fish, Chicken & Meat Market, Village Shastri Nagar, Manimajra. 80 unauthorised structures spread over ~6 acres of agricultural land were demolished and the land cleared. The drive was conducted peacefully with coordinated deployment of Police, Revenue, Estate Office, Civil Defence & other departments.
