I doubt City are kicked out of the football league.
City have made huge investments in their stadium and surrounding area which can't be wasted without a functioning club.

City overspent by 45 times that over 8 years.
That's approx 34 points a season over 8 years.
That sanction has been suggested for Man City by club executives to dock those points for 8 PL seasons.

In the last year of proven rule breaches (17/18), their revenues were proven to be inflated by £134.73m.

CR7 has to be in a PL 11. 6 years in the PL.

Rooney won the UCL, 5 Leagues and 5 Cups with United.

Having KDB is a RCM on the side of Trent is imbalanced.
In truth, you drop Terry for Adams and use Trent RB in my 11, as he was the best at organising a backline and a better athlete than Terry.
