Hey, crafts side of Twitter -
If one has a 2D image of an original plushie one would want to make real, how would one go about doing that? What needs planning? How plan for measurements and such like?
What do I need to know other than 'Cloth' and 'stuffing' and 'thread'?

I know I've set up to do my stream this week, but with the router stuck in the attic at the other end of the house where there's no power sockets, and my laptop showing half a signal, it might end up failing and be put on a longer pause until we get a longer ethernet cable.

Decided to do this for fun, 9 is a nice big neat number -
I went with both BoF II and III because 2 started me off, and 3 was the catalyst for what's since become the entire Aeons series still WIP.
Otherwise, an interesting variety. (Trace Memory should be Another Code.)

So fibre installed, box set up, waiting for the activation from t'provider now. Our current's staying on until midnight, we reckon.
If all goes well, we might be going back to streaming this Sat. I'm still hoping to be able to do a Halloween stream at least.

And now I have Death Note to see in April~ The captioned showing too, I've always wanted to see what real life shows look like captioned, and it doesn't require a stupid mobile app I have to pay for or connect to a hearing-aid w'Blutoof!
Hoping SonCon Manchester won't clash...!

PHM book was very good. Didn't understand all the science stuff but it tickled the learning part of my brain nicely and I feel some inspiration bubbling in there. I'll keep it away from my main space game project though.
Now to wait for the film to come on TV.

On the other hand, been very interesting reading PHM (can't wait to see the film) and I'm sat there wondering "What would I ask an alien?"
Fun is my Core.
I would absolutely ask what games they had, if they had consoles, what their imaginations are like, give them a Gameboy...!

Considering I can't reply to the thing and I'm highly amused, I'd love to know what makes my nonbinary (therefore trans) deaf Ace AF Gameboy gamedevving self makes me evil towards kids when I don't even like kids? XD
I want kids safe and protected.
Make it make sense lol.

So RayNeo gave me a spark of hope for subtitle glasses again.
They have to cost up to 5 grand, WHY?
I JUST WANT TO UNDERSTAND PEOPLE VIA READING.
Can we not just use the Google Glass method? They won't need internet or generative AI, just dictation software, a mic + projector.

Y'know what, since I dunno when internet's going off, or for how long, anyone got anything recommended for me to download?
Books, films and TV shows that don't have a time limit, games...?
I know I have a massive backlog of games but why not add more? XD

Current Internet situation -
We might have anywhere from 2-4 weeks left so gonna pause streams.
Dad's throwing a hissy over providers being ridiculous and trying to switch us to another without permission. He's cut off payment to the current provider.
Sorry. Fair warning.
