If you then want to go take public transport then it’s the world’s slowest, stupidest most crowded lift (or another 2 escalators), another 4 moving walkways and another 3 escalators. Plus another mile or 2000 steps of walking.

It’s not even like it’s a good terminal. Even the main terminal 2 is a bad shopping mall but the United annex is basically a long thin strip of barren nothing.

I always have this quiet moment of dread if I’m flying @United into @HeathrowAirport … to get from your gate at Terminal 2 to passport control is 7 moving walkways, 4 escalators and is, according to my phone 1.5 miles of walking or about 2 thousand steps.
