When an asset collapses into the $50K–$70K market cap range, I generally stop expecting another major move. You may get a temporary bounce toward $200K–$300K to provide exit liquidity, but after that, the trend often continues lower. Now compare that with tokens that actually recovered: $BASECAT → Exploded toward ~$19M → Dropped to ~$7M → Then pushed all the way toward ~$40M $PLUMBER → Ran toward ~$2M → Corrected to ~$400K → Then ripped back toward ~$2.8M → Continued to maintain significant trading activity and transactions The difference? ACTIVITY. If you bought a Base token at a $50K–$70K MC and there’s no real activity behind it, you may not be buying the dip — you may be becoming the exit liquidity. Do your own analysis.
