Today was mostly React + Appwrite work. Improved the ThoughtNest UI, fixed a few things, and spent hours debugging scroll restoration. The bug isn't fixed yet, but I finally narrowed down where the problem is. Debugging continues tomorrow.

5–6 hours on my mega blog project today. And honestly, most of it was debugging 😅 Fixed a bunch of issues, but still have some bugs left to chase. Building projects really teaches you that writing code is only half the work.

useCallback finally made more sense today. While building my React blog project, I saw why keeping the same function reference can matter when components re-render. The interesting part isn't just learning the hook. It's figuring out when you actually need it.

Built a small Shopping Cart with React + Redux Toolkit. Learned how Redux handles shared state using slices, reducers, actions, dispatch, selectors, and the Redux store. Also added quantity controls, remove/clear cart, total price, and localStorage persistence. #ReduxToolkit

Added Redux Toolkit to my React toolkit today. Learned how slices, reducers, actions, useSelector, and useDispatch work together to manage global state. At first Redux looked complicated. After building with it, the structure started making sense.

Learned React Context API today by building a simple shopping cart. Worked with: • createContext • Context Provider • useContext • Sharing cart state across components It finally started making sense how Context API helps avoid passing props through multiple components.
