Mike Ilitch helped Sergei Fedorov defect from the Soviet Union, then spent what it took to keep stars in Detroit. Under Chris? Larkin wants out. Skubal is gone. Edvinsson is in Sweden w/o a contract. Yzerman is no longer GM. That’s not preserving a legacy. It’s dismantling one.
