Step #3 - engage your body, i would often wake up late around 3-4pm on summer holidays and smoke, go to the park until 8-9. id come back home have my meal and stay up playing video games til 6 in the morning. the trick is to not eat during late at night which was easy for me bec i don鈥檛 like eating at night time (gum + zero calorie drink)

Step #2 - (this is where it gets unethical) i was smoking weed during this time
period and while it does make you hungrier, there鈥檚 ways to combat this. you can just stay busy by either being outside or just engaging yourself. trick your body into just not needing food while being fried

first thing is you gotta want it bad enough, this whole journey lasted 1.5 years but really saw full effect in the last 4-5 months.
