Journaling your trades doesn’t have to be some long drawn out process that is nearly impossible to stick to. The only thing you’re trying to uncover in your trading journal is what you want to do more of, and what you want to do less of. Some questions to ask yourself are:

1. What were my pre-market expectations, and what did the market do? 2. If I took a trade, would I take it again? 3. Did I manage my risk professionally? 4. What did I do today that will blow my account in the future? 5. Whats something to focus on for the next session?

some ICT traders draw magnets at their draw on liquidity to attract price towards it I'm gonna put my puppy down there to see if that works. Might be the new meta in which I will charge $100 per month for a copy of this photo.

And yes I’m gonna be integrating puppy content with my trading content to get more views. If you don’t like it then you’re heartless!

Asia shorts + NY shorts August was shit, but if you held yourself together and didn’t blow your shit up, you would’ve been rewarded with this nice September PA. Trading is a lot like farming. When the conditions aren’t great, you focus on survival. But when the sun is shining, you go make that fucking hay boys!

Trading independently is hard, especially early on when your own analysis has been wrong a few times and someone else's was right. There's no gentle fix. If you can't hold your own read, the harsh answer is cutting contact with other traders during the session.

Got absolutely fried today on NQ No bearish Breaker Block at the highs suggested to me that the London high was fair game for a draw. Closing out the week -1R, still up good on the month. Have a good weekend y'all!

Daily chart check! Until we manipulate this range we’re in, don’t go too crazy looking for setups. FOMC this afternoon should provide some grease to the wheels, but until that happens, you’ve got a good reason to be on your hands.

Here's a few Breaker Block tips that will increase your win rate: 1. Ensure your breaker is in alignment with HTF direction. 2. Wait for sweep of LQ and SMT on 15m or greater before looking for your breaker. 3. If STDV projections of your breaker align with your DOL, you've got boosted confluence. 4. If a key time overlaps with your breaker, that breaker has MOTION. That's good for now...

One of the most important lessons you can learn as a developing trader: Day trading is not every day trading. If you are always looking for reasons to be in the market, you will struggle with identifying lower probability conditions. This will ultimately lead to destruction of your confidence, and your account balance. Every trader should have a set SOP for “Rules of Engagement” Lastly, always remember that bulls get paid, bears get paid, and pigs get slaughtered. Have a good weekend.
