Most campaigns ask: “How much can you post?”
@NucleusCodes is asking a more interesting question: “What have you actually contributed?”
A new
@PlayOnMint campaign starts today at 4 PM UTC, and the structure is worth paying attention to.
There are two separate leaderboards, but they reward two completely different things.
Contribution Leaderboard
$50,000 in
$MNTD is allocated to the Top 300 creators.
The obvious strategy would be to post more. But that misses the point. The campaign specifically focuses on high-quality content around MINT, MintABear,
$MNTD, and your actual experience using the platform.
Reputation Leaderboard
There are 1,170 GTD MintABear freemint spots.
Here, creating content isn't the main signal. You connect your socials and wallets, allowing your existing activity and reputation to become part of the qualification.
That creates an interesting distinction:
Contribution = what you create during the campaign.
Reputation = what you’ve already built before it.
I think this model is more interesting than a single “engagement leaderboard,” because it gives creators two different ways to prove value.
So I’m curious:
If you had to choose one path — creating great content or proving your existing reputation — which would you bet on?
