Why Are We So Worried? With everything going on, including the various trials in our lives and all that is happening in our country and the world, many are feeling a bit stressed, if not overwhelmed. In these times, we need to look to God and His Word. When this happened to me, I saw a picture of a sparrow, and the Lord spoke these Scriptures into my heart. “Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?” (Matthew 6:26) AND “But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” (Luke 12:7) When we feel stressed and overwhelmed, let’s turn our focus to Jesus, who said, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.” (Matthew 6:33-34) So, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, it doesn’t make sense to worry when we can give it to God, who will help us through. It is with this assurance that King David could write, “Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.” (Psalm 55:22)

If we love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength... Wouldn't we naturally hear and obey his instructions--the Law of Moses?

This is a great time to remind ourselves that God said pork is not food. Jesus never ate pork and actually commanded us to never eat it and obey the Father, right? I hope this encourages you to walk in the ways of God, keeping his instructions recorded in the Law of Moses

📖 Taking God’s Word to the Brick Kiln Families I had the privilege of distributing Audio Bibles to families working at a brick kiln. Many of these families work long, difficult hours, but now they can listen to God’s Word wherever they are. ❤️

Works of the law (ergos nomos) is quite different than the law (God’s laws written down by Moses). Have you researched the matter or considered what ergos nomos meant to Paul and his audience? I recommend starting with the dead sea scrolls document 4QMMT.

Works of law (ergos nomos) ≠ keeping the law. Know the difference.

Keeping Torah is not opposed to the Gospel. Keeping Torah to merit salvation is.

““But now I am coming to You. I say these words while I am still in the world, so that they may have My joy made full in themselves. I have given them Your word; and the world hated them, because they are not of the world just as I am not of the world. I am not asking that You take them out of the world, but that You keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. “Make them holy in the truth. Your word is truth.” John 17:13-17 TLV bible.com/bible/314/jhn.17.1…

When a Muslim accepts Christ, he can no longer be a Muslim. When a Buddhist accepts Christ, he can no longer be a Buddhist. When a Hindu accepts Christ, he can no longer be a Hindu. These are false, pagan religions that are incompatible with the Bible. When a Jew accepts Christ, he remains a Jew. He has found the fullness of his Jewish faith.

It’s easy to pick fights with flesh and blood, but Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that the real battle is happening behind the scenes in the spiritual realm. When you dig into the Messianic roots of Scripture, you realize the Armor of God isn't new—it’s pulled straight from the Tanakh. Yeshua already won the ultimate victory; we’re just here to stand ground, suit up, and stop wasting energy fighting the wrong target. Next time someone tests your patience, put down the physical gloves and put on the spiritual armor. “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood...” — Ephesians 6:12 #SpiritualWarfare #HebrewRoots #ArmorOfGod
