Jay Z is respected in the USA but he is not a world wide Artist like that, he doesn't have a mega mega hit like God's Plan, In Da Club or Not Like Us...he has hits yes but not MEGA HITS.

I specifically said “No employer will need a food counter assistant and will need you in Cameroon to recruit for them. It's not a unique skill that cannot be sourced inside Canada, even under the C-16 Francophone mobility program.”
It is a criminal offence to charge an applicant a fee for a job in Canada. Your post specifically said “PS: It’s not free only ready applicants are needed.” In case you and your partners do not know.
Adding the logo of an organization to your website also doesn’t automatically make them your “partner”.
The organizations you claimed are your partners are not even recruitment or job placement agencies in Canada. E.g. Passage is a private student loan organization for international students.
Bring your partnership agreement authorizing you to hire workers for Canadian employers from Cameroon, and charge them fees for that.
Provide the list of Canadian employers who authorized you for that, their addresses in Canada, details of their licenses and registration (a genuine employer will be glad to make the information public). We will verify it from the ESDC Canada directly.
Provide the name and address of the Canadian employer that has requested you to hire 12 employees for them from outside Canada for positions such has Cooks, and Food Counter Assistants.
While at it, provide the name of your organization, registration details, and addresses, we will forward it to the necessary authorities in Canada for the next steps.
