“I feel like my timeline has gotten way more polarizing and toxic over the last few years…” If you feel this way, fear not! You’re not alone, and the data supports you. In a study now published in @SciReports with @dkroy, we collected over 2 billion comments from Reddit and Twitter/X and analyzed levels of polarizing rhetoric over the past fifteen years to perform (to our knowledge) one of the largest computational studies of political rhetoric on social media. nature.com/articles/s41598-0…
