Just wondering if Deaf people will be able to charge GP surgeries 拢10 when interpreters aren鈥檛 booked, and every time we get called, or sent a letter asking us to call, or when we walk to a surgery to book an appointment because the only other way is to call?

I got a tax refund from California that is very slightly more than I calculated. Somehow this means they can't pay it electronically and so sent a check which is INCREDIBLY ANNOYING to deal with in a modern country 馃槨

Why can't California FTB make an electronic payment if the amount they worked out is slightly different to the amount I did?
If they know the right amount WHY DO I EVEN HAVE TO FILE A RETURN?
And WHAT EVEN IS "endorsing a check"?
