So the @LondonMarathon training continues. 20 miles done today. I think this might be the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’m hoping the London landmarks and the atmosphere with the crowd will be more motivating that running circuits of DMRC on my own! 🤞🏃♀️🏅

Christmas spirit is in full swing @dms_dmrc. Yesterday was full of fun, fancy dress & festive events - Turkey Trot, Carol Concert, Junior Ranks Christmas lunch and Mess Exchange drinks. Great to see the competitive spirit and cameraderie within the teams and across the Unit🎄🎅🏼
