Block 966,670 is the snapshot.
Whatever $DOG your wallet holds in self custody at that height is what the city reads.
No claim, no signature, nothing to register.
A date is our word.
A Bitcoin block is Bitcoin's word.
That is why the target is a height and not a time, and why the countdown on the page runs in blocks while the clock beside it is labelled an estimate.
Your district is not bought and it is not claimed. It is read from what your wallet did with the airdrop.
The first six tiers belong to the holders who kept what they were given, or added to it.
Satoshi Visionary bought 10x their airdrop or more.
BTC Maximalist, 5 to 10x.
Rune Master, 2 to 5x.
Ordinal Believer added 50% to 200%
on top of it.
DOG Supporter added anything at all above it.
Diamond Paws holds the exact airdrop, still intact.
The other six tiers come from how much of the airdrop was kept by the wallets that sold along the way.
They have a place too.
Behaviour decides the district.
Wallet age decides the street.

Every holder has a place.
That was the rule before any of this was drawn.
What the map does not show is your lot.
A district is a rule, fixed and auditable. A lot is an output of block 966,670, and it moves every time a coin is received, spent or consolidated.
We will not draw one before the chain says it.
Before the block: hold your $DOG in a wallet you control.
A balance on an exchange belongs to the exchange, and the city cannot read it.
If your coins are still on an exchange tomorrow, that is not the end of it.
Look at the ring expressway on the map, and at the ground between it and the edge of the dome. 34 km² of it is buildable and none of it is built.
The city will read the chain again at a second height, under the same rule, and place the wallets that came home by then.
No claim there either.
The height will be announced.
Withdrawing is not a reward we are handing out. It is self custody, which is the only thing the city has ever been able to read.
