Governments are adopting Crypto and propper regulatory frameworks are beginning to take shape, but the results can't be felt instantaneously until there is adequate investors protection which in turn leads to confidence. Crypto is still in it's Casino phase. That's not changing this cycle. Until we see 50% Adoption, the market cycle will still be controlled by the Psychology around Bitcoin halving for now. End!
