We're deprecating dotMemory Unit, and there's no direct replacement.
It hasn't kept up with modern .NET, and unpatched dependencies make continued distribution something we can't justify.

The dotMemory plugin is available in @JetBrainsRider 2022.2 with two profiling modes: Memory (sampled allocations) and Memory (full allocations).
