She was a juror (as Asuncion Cummings) in the 1991 Rakowitz trial and supported the NGRI verdict. Contemporary reports from fellow jurors to the Daily News, Newsday, Post and AP identified the principal holdout as an unemployed man motivated by pay and meals. Newsday noted two holdouts. Her lone-holdout claim conflicts with those accounts.
