THE BLOCK: DogeOS launched a public testnet for its zero-knowledge rollup, bringing EVM smart contracts to Dogecoin, with dogecoin:native used for gas fees. "I've spent half a decade encouraging people to take a chance on Dogecoin and to build in its ecosystem," said Timothy Stebbing, director of the Dogecoin Foundation.
