Most important thing I’ve learned as a solopreneur is to be HYPER Focused. I “re-focus” weekly to hone in on whats important. I have a daily to do list of the 3 most important things that are non negotiable. I re access my plans and my goals at the end of every month to insure I start each month as focused as possible. How do you stay focused ?
