Is there any public health rationale for issuing an order that begins by telling people they’re ordered to remain in their homes & cannot “travel on foot” or use public transit... & then slowly, in confusing detail over 14 pages, makes clear that that’s NOT WHAT YOU MEAN AT ALL?
