Rabbi Gert Goldberg was viciously attacked on the streets of Chicago on the night of Wednesday, September 9th. His attacker struck him in the back of the head and stomped on his face.

The Rabbi was hospitalized with a broken nose, a concussion, and various other minor injuries. He was released a few days ago and is recovering at home with his family. The attacker was arrested the next day.
