This is so amazing... I think one should do this outside every department store that charges for bags -- I am happy to contribute 200 bags for free... perhaps we can persuade a deserving person to put up a stall and sell them for Rs 1? Earn a daily wage?? Unless someone is going to volunteer?

The pensioner pocketed a whopping £13.40 on her first day and insists she'll be back tomorrow, claiming she's got enough bags at home to keep her in business until 2029.
