After refusing to payout a $31,500 wager their current stance is they have the right to void any bet even after settlement. They are now threatening legal action for my posts made on social media about them not paying out. Their only offer to me was to void all of my bets instead of just paying the winner. @AlexCaruso, who continues to promote courtside, remains silent on the matter.

For those unaware, @Kalshi prematurely settled Western Michigan as a win even though they ended up losing on the final play of the game. However, market makers continued to offer the NO side of combos with Western Michigan in an attempt to scam users into buying a known “losing” result. These combos cost MMs millions after Kalshi correctly re-settled the market to Western Michigan NO. A week later Kalshi decided to void all of those combos to bail out their institutional market makers. Except instead of voiding them they paid them out correctly and then issued "refunds" in -$1000 increments to people's accounts
